Development of wooden houses is the core of Tatra House Novum’s offer.

Our houses stand out against all the other houses. We enjoy executing bold contemporary designs, tasteful and classy from foundations to the ridge. Yet, our passion for modernity doesn’t limit our Clients to contemporary designs of their new house. We are as renowned for traditional and classical buildings.

There’s no limit to the size of your dream house. We build both mini homes up to 35m2, which don’t require a construction permit, and larger one- or two-storey buildings. Everyone will find a perfectly suited layout. As a company focused on high standard, we always build our houses on real, durable foundations exclusively. Because your safety is our priority, we don’t accept concrete block foundations...

In order to ensure comfortable living conditions and low-maintenance of your house, we use timber of Scandinavian origin exclusively. To ensure proper acoustic insulation, warmth in the winter, and coolness in the summer, we insulate all our houses with high quality mineral wool.

Having our own manufacturing plant with all the necessary equipment and dedicated designers, enables us to cater the house to your needs and make it a unique one.

Modular buildings outmatch traditional technologies as far as both the cost of development and the cost of maintenance. You will be pleasantly surprised with the difference in price. The wall of your house can be made of wood, drywall or OSB. What is important, the structure of these houses allows us to develop them all year round – no winter is an excuse for postponing your commission.

The cost isn’t the only advantage of our houses. Since the entire structure is made of timber, no other technology can match the health benefits and the general living conditions they offer. As soon as you enter the house, you will notice and appreciate the difference. Modular construction enables precise and fast development.

We will be more than happy to share our passion and expertise with you.
